Comfort ("we", "us", "our") operates the marketplace at icomfortyou.com. We connect people who offer services ("Creators") with people who want to book them ("Clients").
You must be at least 18 years old to use Comfort. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
You may not use Comfort for anything illegal, harmful, or that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Creators set their own prices, descriptions, and availability. Comfort does not employ Creators — they are independent service providers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services listed on the platform.
Creators must accurately represent their services. Misleading listings may be removed.
All payments are processed through our payment partner, Flutterwave. When a Client books a service, payment is collected upfront and held until the service is confirmed as delivered.
Creators keep 100% of their service price. Comfort currently charges no commission.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a Creator fails to deliver the agreed service, the Client may request a refund.
You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, descriptions, reviews). By uploading content, you grant Comfort a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.
Reviews must be honest and based on real experiences. We may remove reviews that are fake, abusive, or violate these terms.
Your privacy matters to us. Please read our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
If a dispute arises between a Creator and Client, both parties should first try to resolve it directly. If that fails, contact us and we will review the situation.
Comfort acts as a marketplace, not a party to the transaction. Our role in disputes is limited to facilitating resolution.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Comfort after changes means you accept the updated terms.
