When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and age. Creators also provide a display name, bio, city, and optional profile photo.
When you make a payment, our payment partner Flutterwave processes your card details. We do not store your card number.
We automatically collect basic usage data like pages visited and device type to improve the service.
Your information is used to: operate your account, process bookings and payments, display your profile (for Creators), send booking confirmations and notifications, and improve Comfort.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Creator profiles are public — your display name, bio, city, services, reviews, and profile photo are visible to anyone.
Client information (name and email) is shared with Creators only when you book their service.
We share data with Flutterwave to process payments and Resend to send transactional emails. These partners only use your data as needed to provide their services.
You can update your profile information at any time. You can request deletion of your account by contacting us. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed, though anonymized transaction records may be retained.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password hashing, and JWT-based authentication. However, no system is 100% secure.
We use essential cookies for authentication and theme preferences. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
